After your invitation arrives, follow this video to set up your profile under Mike’s Showcase account. If you have used Showcase with another account, you still need a new profile here.

How to order Showcase
- 01 / INVITE
Set up your profile
Request a Showcase invite tied to Mike’s account. You need a new profile for this account even if you’ve used Showcase elsewhere.
- 02 / MEDIA
Schedule photography
Arrange high-resolution photos and a Zillow 3D Home Tour with Interactive Floor Plans. A 2D floor plan and videos under 120 seconds are recommended. Text Mike at 404-952-5020 for photographer recommendations.
- 03 / PREPARE
Gather everything together
Tell the photographer Mike will process the Showcase assets. Get one media download link for all photos, tour files, floor plans, and videos. Sending assets in separate batches may delay the listing.
- 04 / MLS
Consider Coming Soon
Set both MLS listings to CSN (Coming Soon) if appropriate. It’s recommended for additional marketing exposure, but it isn’t required.
- 05 / SEND
Send the complete media link
Email the assets to mike@gahomematch.com, then text 404-952-5020 to let Mike know they’re ready.
- 06 / LAUNCH
Mike processes the listing
Most Showcase listings are processed and live on Zillow within 24 hours. Payment is requested only after Showcase is processed and ready to display.
Photo order tip: Let Mike upload the images to Showcase first. Organize them there, then download that final order for your MLS listings. Watch the photo-order video.

How to pay
Wait for Mike to confirm that your Showcase is fully processed and ready to display on Zillow. Then pay the $225 listing fee using either option below.
The fee covers the life of the listing. There is no monthly fee or volume commitment.
